Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join the small Internal Audit Team of LGT Capital Partners. As a team, we are embedded in the Group Internal Audit Department of LGT Group benefiting from a matured internal audit organization. As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and conducting internal audits within the LGT Capital Partners Group covering entities globally;
* Review processes and internal control systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
* Discussing of audit results with management;
* Optimizing business processes and structures as well as providing project support;
* Monitoring the targeted implementation of recommendations resulting from audit reports.
Requirements
* University degree or equivalent specialized education;
* CPA, CIA, CFA or CAIA degree of advantage;
* At least 3 years of audit experience in the financial industry, ideally in the regulatory environment of an asset manager;
* Good communication skills in German and English is expected;
* Good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to work independently;
* Aself-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
