Role Overview The Lead Expeditor is responsible for ensuring effective expediting, reporting, and monitoring of assigned procurement packages in support of industrial CAPEX projects. The role focuses on on-time delivery, supplier coordination, timely reporting, and stakeholder communication, while working closely with internal teams and third parties across office and construction site environments.
Key Responsibilities Ensure material and package reporting systems are kept up to date in Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for allocated packages
Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) of assigned expediting packages in line with departmental KPI targets
Ensure all Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) are received on time and shared promptly with stakeholders
Provide timely notification to suppliers for delayed MPRs
Coordinate with third parties for expediting interventions
Share weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders
Support Order Management in processing expediting-related invoices
Prepare and maintain MIS reporting for the department
