We are currently supporting a Swiss multinational private banking and financial services firm headquartered in Zurich in their search for a PMO Support / Business Analyst to join a project within Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Write business specifications (user stories & functional specs)
* Support business-side testing and define use cases
* Create training materials for users and stakeholders
* Deliver trainings and presentations
Requirements
* 4–5+ years experience in PMO support, business analysis, or project coordination
* Experience in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, BCM, or operational resilience is a plus
* Experience with ServiceNow from a user/business perspective
* Strong communication and documentation skills
