Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, market research, and brand strategy.
This position reports into the International Principal Brand Manager and will work closely with all members of the International Marketing team.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
2. Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
3. Support analysis of market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Help manage and analyze performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
6. Assist with event planning and coordination, both virtual and in-person.
7. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
8. Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
9. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
10. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Scheduling requirements:
11. Ability to work designated schedule.
Physical requirements:
12. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day.
13. Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
14. Ability to use a telephone through a headset.
Travel Requirements:
15. Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
16. Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
19. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp).
20. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
21. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
22. Fluent in English. Knowledge of German and other European languages a plus
23. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and to meet deadlines
24. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint,
25. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location.
