Manpower For an established and dynamic company based near Lugano, we are seeking an experienced IT Security professional who will align business objectives with robust security architecture standards and ensure resilience against evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities - Define and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines - Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practice standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, NIST CSF) - Design and review IT systems, applications, and infrastructure by translating business requirements into secure technical solutions - Apply security principles such as Zero Trust and Defense in Depth - Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security - Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT Architecture, or equivalent specialization - Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Security Architect or in a comparable senior role - Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills - Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent) are a plus - Strong knowledge of NIST CSF; PCI-DSS experience is an advantage - Fluent English required; Italian is a strong advantage; German is a plus What our client offers A dynamic and innovative environment, development opportunities, flexible working options including home office, and attractive employment conditions.
