Short Description
We have two vacancies and we are open to take into consideration junior and senior profiles.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
* Install and set up hardware for end-users.
* Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
* Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
* Provide support for internal training courses and events.
* Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
* Support our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich.
Main Requirements
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT.
* Diploma in IT
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.
* User-oriented and service-minded approach.
* Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English. German nice to have.
* The role is located in Davos. Living in the surroundings is preferred.
* Willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland (Davos/Zizers/Zürich).
