Manpower is a leading workforce solutions provider. On behalf of one of our international clients, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. The role is part of a global marketing organization and works closely with international stakeholders across multiple regions.Responsibilities
* Define and manage global brand strategies for the Weed Control portfolio
* Lead brand positioning and value propositions for New Product Introductions
* Work closely with Marketing, R and D, Technical, Regulatory, and Regional teams
* Ensure global brand guidelines and messaging are applied consistently across markets
* Manage the global brand budget and monitor performance
* Translate technical and scientific product information into clear brand messages
* Track brand performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
* University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Several years of experience in brand management or marketing in crop protection, agriculture technology, chemicals, or a comparable technical B2B environment
* Experience with global or regional brand strategies and product launches
* Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Structured, hands-on working style and ability to work under time pressure
* Fluent in English
