Join the SCHURTER Group Marketing Team as Corporate Communication Coordinator 40 % and help shape the way we communicate with the world. In this key role, you will coordinate and execute strategic communication activities across internal and external channels. You will be at the heart of how we tell the SCHURTER story. If you bring experience in corporate communication, a talent for clear and engaging content, and a passion for building trust and visibility, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Responsibilities
As Corporate Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution and alignment of communication activities across five key areas:
Corporate Messaging: Support core messaging aligned with SCHURTER’s mission, vision and strategic direction. Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand positioning.
External Communication: Draft press releases, manage media relations, monitor coverage, and support public relations campaigns globally. Assist in building brand awareness and improving media visibility.
Internal Communication: Develop and manage engaging internal communication content. Drive rollout of the intranet as a central channel and support change communication.
International Rollout: Coordinate with regional communications to ensure consistent message delivery, provide toolkits, and support training and alignment.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR to communicate the SCHURTER employer brand internally and externally via appropriate platforms and formats.
Your Profile
We are seeking a communication professional who is both strategic and hands-on:
At least 5 years of experience in corporate and internal communication, ideally in a B2B context.
A degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big plus.
Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure.
Understanding of international communication environments, including intercultural competence and coordination across regions.
Experience with modern digital communication tools, media relations, and content creation.
Willingness for occasional business trips to Lucerne / Switzerland or other locations within the SCHURTER Group.
