Marketing Trainee - Events, Retail & Visual Merchandising
Mission:
In this dynamic trainee position, you will support the team with your strong communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects across events, retail marketing, and merchandising. With a passion for sports, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure the SCOTT corporate identity is consistently and effectively represented.
Your key responsibility:
Support with the conception, coordination and execution of both internal and external events
Design 3D renderings for merchandising, events, and retail marketing projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages that drive sales for instore presence
Manage the development, coordination and stock level of merchandising products with various suppliers
Support on other administrative tasks
Your profile:
Knowledge of visual merchandising, event management and display development
Strong conceptual, organizational, and creative skills
Able to work well in a small team, meaning to take responsibility and be autonomous and flexible
Willing to do manual work and have intense work during the weeks before the events
Sketchup and Twinmotion is a plus
Fluency in English & French, German is a plus
