Overview

We are seeking a Sales Training Specialist who will play a key role in developing, delivering, and reinforcing comprehensive training programs designed to elevate the performance of sales professionals across multiple U.S. regions. This position is responsible for driving consistent sales methodology, deepening product knowledge, and promoting customer service excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead engaging and interactive training sessions across multiple formats, including in‑person workshops, virtual webinars, and online learning platforms.
* Execute structured onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and early‑stage productivity across all regions.
* Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching on the Best Choice Roofing Selling System, offering actionable feedback and performance‑driven guidance.
* Partner with Regional Sales Managers to analyze sales metrics, identify skill gaps, and design targeted training interventions based on regional needs.
* Support the development of regional and local leaders by mentoring them in coaching best practices and sales training facilitation.
* Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Production, and other departments to ensure sales teams receive current, aligned messaging and resources.
* Track training participation, performance improvements, and learning outcomes. Regularly report on training effectiveness to leadership.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Best Choice Roofing’s products, services, and value propositions, and ensure consistent transfer of this knowledge to the sales team.
* Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and virtual training platforms, train others in their effective use.
* Stay informed of the latest sales training trends, adult learning methodologies, and industry‑specific product knowledge.


Requirements / Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in in‑home sales, sales training, or coaching; experience in the roofing industry is a plus.
* Proven ability to deliver effective training programs that drive sales performance.
* Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
* Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and virtual training platforms.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities and interpret performance data.
* Self‑driven, collaborative, and professional, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Willing and able to travel across United States as needed.
* High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
* Wiley Everything DiSC Certification preferred (or must obtain within the first six months).

Salary: $100,000 annual salary with bonus incentives.
