Privacy incident reviewer

Position Responsibilities:

Privacy Incident Review and Handling:

1. Oversee and review privacy incident response and handling reported via authorized system.

2. Identify missing / incorrect / inconsistent information based on established global guidelines and procedures.

3. Coordinate with the incident reporter to help ensure remediation, containment, and documentation of any missing information is recorded and maintained. Coordinate with the Privacy team to help ensure appropriate escalation for privacy incidents rated as moderate or above (as needed).

4. Share insights, trends, metrics, etc., to support stakeholders in quarterly reporting and help mitigate and monitor privacy risks.

5. Conduct periodic privacy incident review to ensure incident reporting is timely, accurate, and complete based on established global guidelines and procedures.

6. Help identify opportunities for improvement by improving / developing tools, templates, guides to support the privacy risk management program.

7. Work with the privacy team to help ensure insights, challenges, and enhancements that arise from incident reviews are incorporated into related communications and updated procedures (e.g., reporting)

8. Provide general support to the overall privacy risk management program as needed.

9. Provide general support as part of the ICS Regulatory COE team, if needed.

Required Qualifications:

10. Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in compliance, audit (external or internal), regulatory, or privacy risk management.

11. Compliance experience is essential.

12. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, accountancy, or internal audit.

13. Certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) are a plus.

14. Willingness to work a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

15. Ability to carry out expected output independently and with minimal supervision.

16. Possesses in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge how own area integrates with others’ functions.

17. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

18. Strong technology skills including knowledge of applicable compliance or business systems (Preferably Archer or OneTrust).

19. Strong ethical compass and positive outlook with basic prior compliance experience.

20. Basic understanding of the privacy-regulatory environment in which the Company operates and understanding of key compliance requirements applicable to the business.

21. Exhibited investment in compliance career (e.g., LOMA certification or CIPM registration) .

22. Ability to interact with roles from different areas and at all levels across the organization.

23. Applies experience and judgment to be able to identify, assess, and clearly communicate risks and privacy-related requirements with a team to bring processes into compliance.

24. Strong Microsoft skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc. which may be used for reporting purposes.
