The FX & DA Trading Department oversees the execution and liquidity production process in FX, Precious Metals, Digital Assets, and Macro Futures.
The department focuses on designing and operating electronic trading systems with the core mission to provide excellent execution service to clients, profitably manage the market risk of the bank, and ensure orderly operations and functioning of markets.
With our technology and data-driven approach, we add alpha to our product quality and increase profitability by sourcing smarter and producing liquidity.
The department consists of 3 teams with a focus: Spot, STIR, and Execution.
To strengthen our Execution team, we are hiring a Trader:
The Execution Team is the operational backbone, ensuring competitive liquidity and orderly execution across all platforms and asset classes with a 24/5 on-site presence. They manage the Physical Spot FX Risk Book and collaborate with the Spot and STIR teams to ensure profitable operation of all books. They are the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders including Sales, IT, Controlling, Treasury, Middle and Back Office. The team works closely with engineers and project managers to improve products and operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Trader
* Quoting and executing clients’ spot, forward, and options orders in FX, Precious Metals, Commodity Futures, Index Futures, and Stocks CFDs.
* Monitoring electronic pricing & trading systems, trade flow, liquidity.
* Ensuring efficient execution with Liquidity Providers.
* Managing bank positions with Prime Brokers and improving financing conditions in collaboration with Treasury.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to improve services and profitability.
* Following market news, events, and identifying risks & opportunities.
* Ensuring orderly operations and supporting trade booking processes.
* Reporting statistics on execution, trade flow, liquidity, risk, and profitability.
Qualifications
* University Degree in STEM or Economics.
* Result-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
* Good understanding of FX Market, microstructure, and liquidity network.
* Previous FX Spot trading experience is a strong plus.
* Understanding of trading systems architecture and API connectivity.
* Fluent in English.
