* Organise and supervise the 12-strong maintenance department (workshop manager)
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plant and machinery
* Draw up maintenance plans and ensure that they are followed up
* Plan and coordinate the maintenance of the company's buildings and infrastructure
* Document maintenance and repair work
* Participate in the study of technical bids and tenders
* Ensuring compliance with safety rules, hygiene guidelines and employment legislation
* Ensure safety in your area of responsibility
* Participate in staff management in collaboration with the technical manager (monitoring, annual appraisals, team organisation)
What you bring with you
* CFC or BTS in electromechanics, automation or equivalent training
* Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Good command of the usual IT tools, in particular SAP
* Good knowledge of German or English
* Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* An open and positive mind
* Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
