What you will do
Ownership of accurate end-to-end bookkeeping and financial records
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end General Ledger closing activities
Preparing and contributing to group IFRS financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements
You act as the main interface for external auditors and support audit processes
You prepare and review VAT filings and related documentation
Take lead in the daily payment processes (back-up Payroll)
Support for documentation, structuring and implementation of ICS
Support of evaluation and implementation of new ERP system
What makes you the ideal fit
Commercial education or degree / diploma in Accounting or Finance
Several years of experience in financial accounting in Switzerland
Experience with full-cycle accounting and closing processes
Experience supporting external audits and financial reporting (IFRS experience is an asset)
Good understanding of VAT processes and statutory reporting
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent German and strong English skills, written and spoken
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
A structured, reliable and hands-on working style in an international environment
