SIG is a supplier of filling equipment and packaging for food and beverages. In Europe, we operate in three segments: beverage cartons (BC), spouted pouches (SP), and Bag-in-Box (BiB) for the retail and foodservice channels.

As part of the EU BiB & SP sales team, this role is primarily responsible for sales of BiB dedicated to the QSR channel. Developing ideas, strategies, and specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all accounts, prospects, and products in this area within the Food Service Market, with a focus on France.


Key responsibilities

* Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationship building and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategic annual customer plans in coordination with Marketing, based on technical solutions and market needs.
* Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including designing, approving, and presenting commercial offers for packaging materials, filling machines, and services.
* Forecast sales volume, pricing trends, and account growth with accuracy across planning cycles.
* Create Customer Roadmaps and identify new business opportunities through market and customer insights.
* Prepare and present business cases using internal tools (e.g., Project Calculation Tool) for internal alignment and investment justification.
* Drive contractual negotiations and define commercial terms aligned with profit targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to support project execution, order management, and deliveries.
* Monitor packaging material orders, service delivery, and customer payments.
* Contribute to annual budgeting, S&OP cycles, and long-term financial planning for the customer base.
* Build relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers to unlock new project opportunities.


Skills, experience & education

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; technical degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or project management, ideally in Food Service and/or Packaging industry.
* Experience in System Model Business and B2B customer environments.
* Background in multinational companies, managing complex accounts across regions.
* Proven experience in Digital Transformation initiatives or digital tools implementation.
* Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a commercial focus.
* Native or fluent in English (written and spoken).
