Vos missions
As a Site Manager, you will be at the heart of our project execution and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical and financial preparation of construction sites
- Planning manpower, equipment, and inventory needs
- Daily organization and operational execution on site
- Ordering and managing site supplies and logistics
- Ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures
- Financial monitoring, preparing offers and invoices
- Participating in site meetings
- Maintaining strong relationships with project owners and site directors
Vos compétences
- Recognized training as a Site Manager (CFC level or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of confirmed experience managing construction sites in Switzerland
- Proficient in standard IT tools and Baubit software
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
