Job Description
1. HR Process Mapping & Optimization
* Lead the end‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).
* Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
* Develop standardized, documented, and user‑friendly process maps and SOPs.
2. Project Management
* Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.
* Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.
* Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage with HR teams, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect insights, validate processes, and secure alignment.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with key stakeholders.
* Ensure strong communication streams to support adoption of new processes.
4. Documentation & Change Support
* Draft high‑quality documentation (process maps, workflows, guidelines, SOPs).
* Support change management by preparing communication materials and training resources where needed.
* Ensure all materials are clear, consistent, and accessible.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Background
* Proven experience in mapping HR processes (mandatory).
* Previous experience working within Human Resources, ideally in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR project roles.
* Solid exposure to HR systems or digital HR tools is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong stakeholder management skills: able to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse groups.
* Highly structured and methodical: strong analytical mindset with systematic working style.
* Ability to simplify complexity and produce clear, professional documentation.
* Strong project planning and coordination abilities.
Languages
* Excellent oral and written English (required).
* Additional languages are an asset but not mandatory.
