We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our innovative team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our SaaS product, ensuring its reliability and performance in the Regulatory Reporting sphere. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with Java expertise to seamlessly transition into Kotlin, contributing to a codebase that leverages both languages.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.
Develop new features, address bug fixes, and occasionally refactor code.
Work with a tech stack that includes Java (17+), Kotlin, Spring Framework, Micronaut, AngularJS, Apache Camel, Apache Artemis JMS, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Helm, REST, SOAP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic ELK Stack.
Utilize tools such as JetBrains Intellij + AI, JetBrains Datagrip, Lens, Rancher, and Postman to streamline development workflows.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD for efficient and automated software delivery.
Embrace a flat hierarchy and contribute to inclusive decision-making processes regarding tool and architecture selection.
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Java and or Kotlin Developer, with a willingness to learn and work with both Java and Kotlin.
Familiarity with Spring Framework, Apache Camel, Hibernate, Kubernetes, REST, SOAP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic ELK Stack.
Experience with Micronaut, AngularJS, Apache Artemis JMS, Helm is not necessary but would be considered an advantage.
Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Maven, and NPM.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good English both in writing and spoken language.
Fluent German would be an advantage.
