Job Description
* Administration of requests for tax statements from clients, including modifications and recalculation of specific cases (high volume activity for the period of January to March)
* Control of the activity of our customers in the context of American taxation (Qualified Intermediary Agreement, Fatca)
* Control of the activity of our customers in the context of International taxation (Automatic Exchange of Information: AEOI)
* Application of American taxation (QI, 871 m)
* Monitoring of the application of double taxation agreements
* Administration of tax recovery requests
* Annual reporting to Swiss and foreign tax authorities
* Other administrative tasks in the context of our clients' tax activity
Qualifications
* Banking or commercial training (Bachelor degree as minimum)
* Experience in a banking environment with exposure to international taxation and securities an asset
* Fluent in French and English, German an asset
* Excellent computer skills (Excel high level and VBA an asset)
* Very good communication and organizational skills
* Capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress and adapt in a continuously changing environment
