Following the departure of the incumbent, the Works and Environment Department is looking for a Civil Engineering Specialist at 100%.The Works and Environment Department is responsible for the management of public infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of roads, green spaces, sanitation, and public lighting. The department also ensures the maintenance and preservation of the local environment, aiming to promote biodiversity, resource management, and compliance with standards.You will be responsible for:- Establishing and carrying out maintenance, renewal, and development projects for roads, sidewalks, public lighting, as well as clear water (CW) and wastewater (WW) systems;- Assuming the responsibility of project manager, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and technical standards;- Monitoring, coordinating, and supervising construction sites;- Managing temporary requests for the public domain;- Establishing preliminary project plans, project plans, and execution plans using AutoCAD;- Coordinating road and urban development projects;- Collaborating closely with municipal services, particularly the urban planning department, for building and excavation permit applications;- Participating in the drafting of correspondence and technical documents, notices, as well as comments on files.Required knowledge and skills:- Degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technician;- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a municipality or an engineering firm, including construction management and project management;- Solid knowledge of legal bases and technical standards in terms of road construction, water, and environmental protection;- Mastery of public procurement procedures;- Desired skills in the design of road and sidewalk layouts in connection with mobility;- Mastery of tools: MS Office, AutoCAD, GIS/SIT software (notably QGIS);- Sense of rigor, precision, autonomy, and team spirit;- Good team spirit and sense of public service;- Environmental sensitivity;- Category B driver's license.Start date: as soon as possibleApplication deadline:For any further information, the Head of the Works and Environment Department is available.Applications must be sent via JobUp only. jid2f9281caen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
