SAP Process and solution architect Consultant

Join our lifesciences team in Neuchâtel as a SAP Process and solution architect consultant. You will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of SAP processes across the Global Supply Chain. Your role is to coordinate major SAP projects, define business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth integration across the organisation.
Project responsibilities
* Design, implement, and improve global SAP processes.
* Lead key project phases: process design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live cut‑over.
* Coordinate Supply Chain teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
* Produce clear process documentation, solution designs, and configuration materials.
* Ensure business requirements and client standards are fully reflected in SAP.
* Partner with IT to align on solutions and ensure efficient system execution.
* Troubleshoot SAP and subsystem integration issues until resolved.
* Train and support internal teams on new processes and tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, management, technical sciences, engineering or data (Master/MBA preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
* 10+ years of SAP experience, including major enterprise implementations.
* Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing and regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA).
* Supply chain certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) and Operational Excellence (Green/Black Belt) are a plus.
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes.
* Ability to solve complex cross‑functional problems.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to analyse scenarios, anticipate impacts, and advise on decisions.
