Job Description
As a key member of the commercial team in the German-speaking region of Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing the company's presence in your region and supporting surgeons in the use of advanced orthopedic solutions.
* Building and developing long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals and clinics
* Providing technical and clinical support in the operating room
* Promoting innovative orthopedic solutions and demonstrating their value to healthcare professionals
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships
* Implementing the commercial strategy within your territory
* Monitoring market dynamics, competitive activity and emerging opportunities
* Managing administrative follow-up and ensuring a smooth order process
* Acting as a trusted partner for customers by delivering high-quality service and expertise

This position is designed for a commercially driven professional with strong clinical exposure who enjoys working in a demanding and fast-paced healthcare environment.
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales
* German C2 and English B2 minimum
* Proven experience working in the operating room environment
* Strong exposure to orthopedic procedures
* A structured and strategic approach to complex technical environments
* A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously in the field
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with surgeons and medical teams
* High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
