Supply Chain Project Manager (M/F/D)
Tasks
:
* The company is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems
* harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level
* Leads end-to-end supply chain PMO for a Global Integration project
* Lead, drive, oversee and monitor in close collaboration with Business stakeholders the evaluation and implementation of future integrated business set ups
* Lead Workstream and oversee future flows design in alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines. Business and IT requirements
* Drive and oversee end-to-end flows implementation
* Leverage on PMO tool to provide a project tracking dashboard and pro-active follow up on activities including driving resolutions for open topics
Qualification:
* Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
* Minimum 8-10 years professional experience
* Advanced level of English
* At ease with MS Office tools, of which Excel.
* Confirmed experience in project management (Experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition)
* Experience in Supply Chain (End-to-end flows and processes implementation)
* Life sciences, commercial experience, an asset
* Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams
* Strong communication & story telling skills
