Ph3Business Analyst Global Product Group DT /h3 pAs a part of Global Product Group Distribution Traction Transformers team, you will be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories. /p pIn the portfolio scope. You will contribute cross-functionally by collaborating with IT function and business domains, as well as being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics. /p pbHow you'll make an impact /b /p ul liEnsure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area. Collect and design business requirements into required documentation format and templates. /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities. /li liProvide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool. /li liCollaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. /li liLead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective. Perform user acceptance tests and validation together with key-users and IT. /li liProvide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS. /li /ul pbYour background /b /p ul liDegree in Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related technical field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. /li liProficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and report scheduling. /li liGood knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and integration from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, SQL, Azure, Power Automate). /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global technical teams and stakeholders. /li liStrong understanding of functional and business analysis. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a global team environment. /li /ul pWe are committed to full transparency and compliance with all legal requirements, ensuring that every candidate knows exactly what to expect at each stage of the recruitment process.
