Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Walk-in IT support at QZ
• Teams support for home workers
• Loan equipment service
• Stock management
• Repairs
• New joiner onboarding
Essential skills and qualifications:
• Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights within the team.
• Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
Desired skills and qualifications:
• Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
• Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset
management.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite,
Identity Management, and meeting/conference solutions
