The opportunity
As a Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating the testing department's activities, ensuring the highest standards of Safety and Quality, setting clear goals and objectives for achieving operational excellence.
You will have opportunity to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, enhancing standard work methodologies, and conducting root cause analysis to drive process enhancements.

How you'll make an impact
Strategic Planning:Plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of production tests within our internal plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, initiate corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to elevate the quality of our manufacturing outputs
Documentation Management:Maintain systematic control of documents, forms, and specifications used in production, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to all team members
Team Development:Manage and mentor your team, fostering their professional growth, and securing the availability of necessary tools to uphold quality and safety standards
Technical:you know how to deal with complete set of Laboratory instruments
Your background
Education: Electrical Engineering at least University level
Experience: Relevant experiences in MV-HV Testing Laboratory with minimum 3 years as People Manager
Analytical Skills: root cause analysis approach is considered a plus, coupled with practical knowledge of quality management systems and related tools
Communication Skills: You know how to effectively communicate both in English and Italian
IT Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential for your daily job
