We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our SAP team. This internship provides hands-on experience in User Access Review (UAR)—an audit process for verifying user access rights—and SAP roles clean-up. You will also gain exposure to administrative and compliance topics, such as software evaluation and drafting IT control policies.Your Profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
Analytical and organizational skills, with very strong attention to detail
Affinity to audit topics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP user management is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Your Role Review and update our SAP IT General Controls documentation, with the goal of extending coverage to additional systems and supporting audit activities.
Prepare and validate data, monitor responses and document protocols.
Support SAP roles clean-up to ensure audit readiness.
Evaluate software solutions for next year UAR automation.
Execute User Access Reviews (UAR) for SAP R/3, S/4, and BW systems.
Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
Assign or remove roles in SAP or BW user master records.
