Communications Business Partner 80- 100%
Start: 01.12.2025 or by agreement
Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
Location: Rotkreuz preferred, Basel possible (2 office days / week)
Travel: Within Switzerland (Rotkreuz / Basel)
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute integrated communication strategies across portfolios.
* Lead external and internal communications, including public relations.
* Collaborate with leaders and communicators across RDS, Diagnostics, and Group Communications.
* Manage vendors and deliver measurable results within scope and budget.
* Track and report communication effectiveness using digital tools (e.g., GenAI).
* Ensure compliance and mentor teams on communication best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
* 2+ years of corporate communications experience in Pharma, Diagnostics, or similar industries.
* Proven success developing and executing communications in complex organizations.
* Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Skilled at simplifying complex topics and managing multiple priorities.
* High intercultural sensitivity and stakeholder management ability.
* Experience in digital transformation and change communication is a plus.
