Lead Software Architect
Location: Switzerland
Set-up: permanent job
Your Responsibilities
* Define and drive the software architecture across complex, multi-layered systems
* Lead and coordinate development activities across internal teams and external partners
* Ensure system reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience
* Oversee integration across embedded software, DSP, hardware, streaming platforms, apps, and cloud services
* Guide technical decision‑making and validate architectural choices through to industrialisation
* Establish robust development practices, including CI/CD and validation processes
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (hardware, acoustics, product, industrialization)
Required Profile
* 10+ years of experience in embedded software engineering
* Strong background in multimedia systems
* Deep expertise in embedded Linux and real‑time architectures
* Proven ability to design end‑to‑end platforms across hardware and software layers
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Fluent in English
