We are seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our Service Desk team in Vienna. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our clients and partners in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SaaS product.
Overview
Senior Application Support Analyst responsible for supporting clients and partners, ensuring the reliability and performance of deltaconX regulatory reporting SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
Support and optimize the regulatory reporting platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders (partners, development team, QA, and product team).
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in regulatory transaction reporting regulations for internal teams and clients.
Provide support and consultation to customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Monitor compliance with new technical and regulatory requirements as required.
QA testing: evaluate functionality and output of the SaaS product.
Independently and professionally communicate with customers and partners to deliver solutions and manage expectations.
Conduct UAT testing, evaluating functionality and output of the SaaS product.
Onboard new clients.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Level 1 & 2 Application Support, with complex applications in sectors such as Banking, Energy, Tax or Compliance.
Experience in the financial services industry, banking, energy, FinTech, or compliance sector.
Strong IT generalist skills.
Proficiency in API tools, data transformation, SFTP; experience with Postman, Excel, FileZilla, Visual Studio Code, and Ponton X/P Messenger.
Network technology skills (CCNA or equivalent certification advantageous).
Knowledge of XML or CSV.
General knowledge of SDLC and Release Management.
Experience with Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Language: Fluent in English and German (required).
Interest in developing regulatory knowledge, particularly transaction reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, REMIT).
Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Independent working style with initiative.
Familiar with project management methodologies and applying them to daily work.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
