The opportunity
As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Tools Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the M&S Tools Program in alignment with IT and Business Stakeholders. Your role includes ensuring projects are executed according to company procedures, specifications, quality standards, financial targets, and schedule commitments. You will lead and oversee the Business Project Managers (BPM) team and liaise with IT to deliver change requests and business requirements.

How you'll make an impact
* Lead and oversee the BPM team globally, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy Policies.
* Manage the global portfolio of M&S projects for tool and app development/improvement, based on best practices and company policies.
* Develop and improve standard processes and work instructions, adopting best practices.
* Coordinate with IT to deliver change requests and meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with Process Governance Managers and Business Process Owners to drive standardization and simplification.
* Analyze lessons learned from projects and incorporate improvements.
* Lead continuous improvements in project planning and execution.
* Participate in budgeting processes with relevant teams.
* Support sales operations planning and address potential gaps in the program plan.
* Supervise project execution through reviews, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
* Manage risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
* Resolve escalated project issues and ensure formal project delivery.
* Provide updates and guidance to the M&S and IT Joint Operating Committee.
* Facilitate status reporting and build relationships with stakeholders.

Your background
* University degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Excellence, with program or project management preferred.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Experience with program management frameworks, methodologies, and tools; familiar with Lean Six Sigma.
* Proven success in program or project management in multinational settings, with effective change management.
* Proficiency in M&S processes and tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, EDP, CLM, and product configuration.
* Knowledge of AI and ML technologies relevant to M&S.
* Leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication and motivational abilities; proficiency in English.
* Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
