Alohi is an AI-first SaaS scale‑up on a mission to simplify how businesses work. Our products (Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus) serve 4M+ customers worldwide, from small businesses to global enterprises. We’re building category‑defining tools that people actually love to use.

We’re a lean, fast‑growing team based in Geneva with strong traction across global markets. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have high ownership, broad responsibilities, and direct impact from day one. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping shape decisions rather than just executing them. We are hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead Alohi’s outbound and mid‑market sales motion from scratch. This is a player‑coach role: you’ll design the GTM foundation, run deals yourself, and develop a small team of sales talent to create repeatable, scalable pipelines.

This position is fully on‑site at our Geneva office.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a hands‑on, metrics‑driven Sales Manager who can build a sales function from the ground up while raising performance standards across the team.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Design and execute outbound and mid‑market sales motions in a challenger SaaS environment

Define ICPs, territories, and messaging that convert inbound traction into closed deals and expansion

Run mid‑size sales cycles end‑to‑end, from prospecting to close

Convert product‑led inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue

Team Leadership & Enablement

Build, coach, and manage a small sales team (up to 6 people), developing early sales talent into high performers

Implement structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar) to drive qualification rigour and forecast accuracy

Create and document sales playbooks, scripts, and enablement materials

Establish training programmes and onboarding processes for new hires

Raise performance standards through metrics, accountability, and continuous coaching

Systems & Process

Implement and maintain CRM and supporting sales tools with clean data and reliable reporting

Document processes to ensure repeatability and scalability as the team grows

Build dashboards and reporting that drive visibility and accountability

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product and Marketing to synchronise self‑serve and outbound motions

Provide customer and market feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning

Support the creation of the partner practice, including recruiting the first Partner Manager and deploying the initial partner programme

Requirements

3‑5 years of experience as a sales manager, with proven success in outbound and mid‑market SaaS sales and managing teams of up to 6 people.

Experience building sales motions from scratch in challenger or early‑stage environments

Track record of hitting or exceeding quota and developing repeatable pipelines

Hands‑on experience with CRM implementation, sales tooling, and process documentation

Strong coaching abilities with experience developing junior sales talent

Product‑savvy and comfortable working in a founder‑led, engineering‑driven culture

Builder mentality: high grit, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by creating something new

Metrics‑driven with strong accountability and a bias for action

Excellent communicator who can craft compelling messaging and influence across teams

Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
