Qualifications:
* A Master of Science or PhD in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, statistics, financial or computational engineering, econometrics.
* Strong interest in financial risk management and applying advanced analytical methods like machine learning.
* Proficiency in programming or database languages such as VBA, Matlab, Python, SQL, R, C# (or others) for data analysis and algorithm implementation.
* Experience with predictive models and machine learning is a plus.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with initiative and flexibility within a multi-national team.

What You Can Expect
* Supporting clients in financial risk management, including development and review of quantitative models for risks like market, credit, operational, and fraud risks, as well as complex derivatives valuation.
* Supporting audit teams in valuation of financial products, contracts, physical assets, and validation of risk models.
* Developing technical and social skills through training and professional certifications like GARP ERP or FRM.
