Here is what you will do
* You will take on a variety of organisational and administrative tasks in daily business
* You will conduct correspondence with customers and business partners professionally and with style
* You will coordinate the daily office operations including incoming and outgoing mail, warmly welcome our guests, and ensure the preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as appointment management
* You will be responsible for organising management and executive workshops, from the offer through bookings to programme design and invitations
* You will take minutes as a trusted person of the executive management and keep track of pending tasks
* You will create presentations and evaluations and contribute to the preparation of documents for the board of directors
* You will network as a central interface with internal departments and support the managing director administratively in various projects
What we expect from you
* You ideally bring experience in gastronomy and have a good understanding of our processes and workflows
* You have a degree from a hotel management school or a comparable qualification
* You are an organisational talent and feel just as comfortable in the admin jungle as with Office 365 and modern AI tools
* You bring experience in executive assistance
* You are an honest and absolutely trustworthy person – discretion is a matter of course for you
* You have drive, think ahead, and go the extra mile when it counts
* You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
