To strengthen its team, our client is looking for a Construction Manager Real Estate – French-speaking Switzerland.Based in the Lausanne office and reporting to the Head of Real Estate in Zurich, you will manage projects for renovation and new construction in the French-speaking portfolio with complete autonomy, from feasibility to handover. As the client representative (SIA 102), you will uphold the values of quality, deadlines, budget, and sustainable management, respecting the standards in place.Main responsibilities:- Pilot and supervise several renovation and new construction projects with complete autonomy, from feasibility to delivery.- Represent the client and construction management (SIA 102) in all project phases and defend their interests.- Identify, select, and supervise regional external partners; develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts for architects, engineers, and general contractors.- Control and supervise costs, deadlines, and quality; approve change orders, ensure reporting, and standardize descriptions and processes.- Identify the development potential of each building; monitor zoning and cantonal regulations.- Support the Real Estate team in technical due diligence, investment requests, and internal reporting.Your profile:- Higher education degree (HES, ES, or federal diploma) in construction management, civil engineering, building technology, or HVAC/sanitary/electrical fields.- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate project management and construction in Switzerland.- Solid experience in client representation and mastery of SIA standards.- Entrepreneurial profile with great autonomy, sense of responsibility, and excellent team and client communication skills.- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.- Fluent French and German are essential, ideally Swiss German.We offer:- Complete autonomy within a reference institutional entity.- Stable, independent institution, human-sized, with strong values.- Maximum flexibility adapted to the work pace.- Attractive salary with an advantageous pension plan.A rare opportunity that resonates with your ambitions?
