Program Manager X (f/m/d) On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Program Manager X (f/m/d) responsible for leading and managing a program X including M365 projects and adoption. Responsibilities: - Lead the structure and governance of the program (framework, objectives, committees, roles, and responsibilities). - Coordinate all projects within the program, manage dependencies, decision-making, and the financial tracking (progress, risks, decisions, corrective actions) and secure deliverables. - Produce and communicate useful management reports for the management (dashboards, reporting, alerts). - Drive adoption and change related to the Digital Workplace (M365), integrating usage, functional security, and profile dimensions. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Digital Workplace programs/projects or equivalent, with demonstrated success. - Digital Workplace expertise: M365 adoption environments, governance of usage, and understanding of security challenges, mastery of change management (methods, support plan for confirmed profiles), and ability to manage multiple stakeholders (management, business, IT, security, partners). - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and produce reporting. - Ability to collaborate and foster team spirit in a program context.
