administratively support recognition and registration procedures related to medical professions and participate in their development
formally examine applications and prepare documents for their technical processing
produce documents: certificates, identity cards, duplicates, etc.
answer questions in various languages (in writing and by phone)
attend meetings and draft minutes

commercial training or equivalent
experience in administrative tasks, ideally in public administration
meticulous and structured work
a strong sense of service
active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third; an asset: knowledge of English
In a few words
Through your work in the secretariat, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Medical Professions Commission (MEBEKO) procedures. By precisely assisting our team with administrative tasks, you will make an important contribution to enforcing legal provisions and ensuring professional standards in the field of medical professions.
