We are looking for a professional in property accounting for a traditional medium-sized real estate service provider in the city of Lucerne
Your Tasks
- Independent management of property accounting (rental properties and condominium ownership)
- Control of rent collection (dunning process)
- Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Implementation of new properties when taking on mandates including setting up service charge statements
- Preparation of off-cycle statements when mandates end
- Preparation of evaluations and analyses
- Correspondence with owners, tenants, etc.

- Solid professional experience in real estate accounting
- Passion for real estate accounting
- Relevant further training or in training
- Open and empathetic person
- Independent, solution- and service-oriented personality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
