Our main clientele consists of doctors, specialists, and paramedicals. We are currently looking for our Geneva region a specialist in health professions (M/F) at 80%. Your mission includes assisting our members with our software and following up on concepts and implementing tools (course support, forms, etc.). Recording videos and drafting procedures and manuals, active and following various projects in the service. Providing phone support to our clients on all products of the Health Fund and products for our members. Profile:- Experience in adult education in business (FSEA or equivalent).- Proven office skills with proficiency in spoken and written French with an excellent level of writing.- Knowledge of English and/or German, customer service spirit, and teamwork.- Knowledge of the Swiss X system (LAMal, Tarmed).- Driving license and vehicle are essential. (You will be required to intervene directly with the client or in other agencies of the Health Fund in Romandy).Your workplace is in the canton of Geneva.
