Your mission
You turn everyday life in the store into a powerful experience: good vibes, honest advice, striking looks—and customers who love to come back.
* Advising and inspiring customers: greeting, styling, sales, checkout
* Living the product range: knowing the products, giving recommendations, telling stories about materials/labels
* Store setup: Presenting merchandise, keeping things tidy, contributing ideas for visuals
* Daily tasks: simple administrative work, restocking, helping with inventory/goods receipt
* Complaints/grievances: friendly, solution-oriented, clearly documented
What you bring to the table
* Experience in sales (fashion/lifestyle an advantage)
* A keen sense of people, style, and service—you enjoy advising others
* Interest in sustainability (you don't have to know everything—but you want to learn more)
* Basic technical understanding & MS Office skills
* Very good German, good English, other languages are a plus
* You are dependable, flexible, and enjoy lending a hand.
