Your future responsibilities: You will support managers at the outset, including in the management of interviews, lead the entire recruitment process for different entities, contributing to recruitment development, develop talents, and actively participate in succession planning. You will support and advise managers on their HR challenges and in the management of their teams, establish, analyze and monitor HR performance indicators (KPIs). You will participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, and collaborate closely with external partners (recruitment agencies, social insurance, institutions, etc.). You will lead and contribute to various HR projects.Profile: You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, hold a Federal Diploma in HR Specialist or a recognized equivalent, possess excellent knowledge of HR processes, development, and talent management, master French perfectly and have good knowledge of German (C1). You demonstrate excellent prioritization skills and very good management of deadlines. You are comfortable in a digitized environment and with digital tools.
