Job Description
* Provide legal guidance on technology-related contracts, including software licensing, and IT services agreements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting technology and data usage.
* Draft and negotiate agreements with external technology providers and partners.
* Support internal teams on legal aspects of technology procurement and implementation.
* Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with technology initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with organizational goals.
* Stay updated on emerging legal trends and technologies.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in law and strong knowledge of technology law and related regulations - Bar qualification is a strong asset
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts.
* A solid understanding of data protection laws and intellectual property rights.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* An ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
