We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee the HR activities across multiple sites within our organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will be the direct point of contact for all HR activities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Your primarily work location will be in Baar, Switzerland.
* You install effective processes to attract & retain talent and you ensure local employer branding initiatives are in line with the talent strategy. You collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.You manage recruitment processes across multiple locations, installing effective talent pools and leveraging recruitment channels like our global career site & Linkedin.
* You implement and manage the continous performance process processes in the different sites, acting as a sparring partner for management.
* You develop and coordinate learning & development iniatives to enhance employee skills and professional development. You monitor and assess training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
* You develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to comply with company reporting standards. You provide recommendations to senior management based on findings to enhance HR strategies.
* You oversee employee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and equity across sites. You conduct market research and salary benchmarking to support compensation strategies.
* You implement global HR policies, processes, tools in a way that it re-enforces the country specific HR strategy. You develop/optimize country specific HR policies and you ensure compliance with new regulations and new employment laws.
* You foster a TOP culture and you promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement across all sites.
* You operate in a multi stakeholder environment, working with the teams based in the International HQ in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy. Being part of the global HR team, you report to the Group HR Director.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
* A Master's degree in Human resources, Economics or a related field, combined with at least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in fast moving context.
* Experienced in an international context, working with both operational HR & strategy, willing to travel.
* Considerable knowledge of principles, practices and HR regulations in Switserland (any other country experience is a plus)
* Good understanding of HR technology & systems.
* Drive results on short and long term.
* Excellent interpersonal skills combined with entrepreneurship and "hands on" mentality.
* Strong communicator both internal and external.
