Erinion supports various financing, owning, and operating models, and operates across eight European markets with ongoing global expansion.
Your Role
As a Project Manager you’ll turn electrification plans into reality, taking end‑to‑end ownership of charging infrastructure projects from early planning and technical assessments to execution and handover. You’ll coordinate teams and external partners, manage subcontractors, navigate permitting, and ensure seamless execution and satisfied customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the full deployment process of charging infrastructure projects, from planning to completion.
* Conduct site assessments and advise on feasibility, timelines, and budgeting.
* Drive the selection, contracting, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
* Manage permitting processes and ensure design compliance.
* Oversee on‑site construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
* Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing clear reporting on progress, cost, and performance.
* Liaise with grid operators when needed to secure power supply and capacity.
* Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Support the sales team with technical expertise and cost estimates during customer discussions.
* Manage the post‑project handover to Service & Operations and Customer Success, with clear documentation handed over for future support.
Your Profile
* 4+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end construction or infrastructure projects.
* Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and site activities.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
* Confident working independently and solving problems across planning and delivery.
* Strong technical and commercial understanding, with a focus on delivering value.
* Fluent in English and German. French is a plus.
* Open to regular travel, averaging around 40%.
* Experience in energy, e‑mobility, or transport is a strong plus.
