Capgemini Invent’s Digital Trust & Security practice focuses on ensuring secure business outcomes for our clients. The manager will shape the cybersecurity landscape of tomorrow by leading projects, advising on security integration, and driving client growth.
KEY EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE
- Project Management: Leading and managing complex cybersecurity projects with technical and business teams across national and international environments.
- AI & Cloud Security: Assessing risks in AI-driven systems, ensuring secure integration of emerging technologies, and deploying cloud security solutions while supporting resilience planning.
- Implementation & Advisory: Embedding security into transformation initiatives and advising clients on translating regulations into actionable measures.
- Business Development: Driving growth by leveraging relationships and networks, identifying new opportunities within accounts and across sectors, and preparing proposals for global clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted point of contact to enhance client relationships and ensure successful delivery of engagements.
- Thought Leadership: Contributing to marketing initiatives and delivering projects that strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in one or more cybersecurity domains such as Security & Risk Management, Cybersecurity Awareness, Asset Security, Cloud Security, Business Continuity Management, Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management.
- Familiarity with core cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Critical Controls, and NIS2.
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation; demonstrated adaptability, lateral thinking, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in uncertain situations.
- Proven leadership experience, managing individuals, teams, and workstreams, with strong client presence and a results‑driven mindset.
- Business acumen and sales experience, including contributing to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) at C1 level is an advantage.
- High reliability, team spirit, and cultural fit for a global management consulting firm, with international orientation, integrity, and openness to travel.
