Job Description

* Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings.
* Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues.
* Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
* Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits.
* Participate in initiatives with broad business impact.
* Organize training sessions and events related to benefits.
The Successful Applicant
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
* Fluency in French and English is required.
* Understanding of company products and business processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
