Your field You act as an origination sparring partner, supporting the structuring, pricing, and execution of innovative deals such as PPAs, BESS, and VPPs. You trade and actively manage structured positions along the power curve, capturing value through country and time spreads. You generate significant incremental earnings through disciplined, strategic position management. You collaborate closely with Quants, Market Risk, and Credit Risk teams to navigate the approval and implementation of nonstandard transactions. Your strengths 5–10 years of experience in Power Trading, focused on structured, asset-backed, and optionality-driven deals. Deep knowledge of the CWE power markets and the renewables business. A proven commercial track record of delivering results in a fast-moving environment. A commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive innovation. Programming or quantitative skills (e.g. Python, VBA) are an advantage.
