Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet or surpass revenue goals and increase market share across Switzerland
* Engage with healthcare providers such as physicians, specialists, and pharmacists through regular visits and scientific discussions to promote products
* Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with opinion leaders, prescribers, and pharmacies, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and representative of the brand
* Ensure strict adherence to Swissmedic regulations, the Federal Act on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HMG), and industry codes of conduct governing promotional activities
* Track competitor actions and market trends, providing insights to inform pricing strategies, positioning, and marketing campaigns
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and management to align commercial initiatives with operational goals
* Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, and actively participate in business reviews and strategic planning sessions
* When necessary, support logistics at pharmacy level to ensure consistent product availability and collaborate with wholesalers to optimize supply chain processes
