Job Description
Daily operations & scheduling
In close relation with the Demand & Supply planners that is in charge of the weekly and monthly plans :
Scheduling
1. Develop and maintain distribution, production and raw material procurement daily schedules (1-2 months horizon) for products in accordance to production planning, customer orders with close contact with planner, customer service, internal or external plants, transport third parties and raw material supplier, and purchasing team.
Daily operations
2. Lead weekly calls with Factory Managers, Fulfillment planners at plant, Demand and Supply planner, and Customer Service Team.
3. Provide visibility to Customer service on open orders status, updating planned delivery and shipping dates when orders are late and most possible by anticipation.
4. Create, maintain and update all transactional and executional needs in the ERP system, according to planning as: Work orders, Distribution orders, Purchase orders, Transportation orders, raw material procurement orders, goods receipts, re-labelling prod orders, goods movements.
5. In collaboration with planner update master data and dynamic in M3, powerbi and planning tools (APS, Excel).
Inventory
6. Coordinate with the demand and supply planner and other departments to minimize stock at risk and avoid write-offs (finished goods and raw materials).
7. Partner with planner to review short-term out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions
Continuous improvements & support business transformation.
8. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
9. Collaboration and support improvements on process and tools.
10. Collaborate on business projects as needed.
Profile
11. 1-2 years in operations executions.
12. English and French speaker fluent
13. Thrives in a dynamic environment requiring responsiveness and agility.
14. Ability to communicate clearly, using data and quantitative insights to support messages.
15. Teamwork, interpersonal savvy, builds and maintains professional and effective collaboration with peers.
16. University degree, preferably Engineering.
