As a Personal Trainer at The Perfect Workout, you will:
* Convert prospects into members during engaging Introductory Workouts.
* Drive high attendance rates by delivering exciting and impactful workout sessions.
* Build trust and rapport with members, gaining referrals and boosting sales.
* Focus on retention through strong communication and results-driven strategies.
* Pay attention to detail while learning and applying best practices in sales, customer engagement, and fitness to enhance your expertise and expand our client base.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.32 - $32.65 per hour
Benefits: Opportunity to earn paid time off, supplemental health insurance (for qualified employees), 401K (after one year of employment)
No prior fitness certifications are needed. We pay YOU to go through our comprehensive in-house certification program.
